This painting is referred from one of my vacation photos this year. We went to visit Colonial Williamsburg, these two cute grils dressed in Colonial style just walking in front of us. They walked so fast, the beautiful dresses make them look like butterflies. So, before they 'fly' away, I took a nice shoot for the perfect moment.
Your commentary is wonderful, too - what a beautiful image of them "like butterflies" ! Great painting. I haven't been to Williamsburg since I was a little girl. I remember being in the town 'stocks" for a photo.
